Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Enterprise Cooperation With Higher Vocational Colleges

Cooperation between school and enterprise is an important mode of vocational education.At present,the cooperation between enterprises and colleges has become an important guarantee to improve the quality of vocational education.At the same time,from the macro level,vocational colleges held by enterprises have been admitted and encouraged by the state;it is an important guarantee to encourage enterprises to participate in vocational education which will develop healthily.As the first line-staff of vocational college running by enterprises,the author deeply felt the confusion and shortage of the college's development.The author tries to study the current situation,problems of higher vocational colleges operating between college and enterprise.So the theories of cooperation between college and enterprise can be enriched to some extent,and others vocational colleges can get guidance to improve their quality of running colleges.This paper is divided into five chapters.It mainly uses the method of questionnaire investigation and case study,focusing on H College as an example,through the questionnaire survey,interviews,etc.,to master the status quo of Higher vocational colleges,and analyze the impact factors,and try to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of the state,enterprise and college,including introducing specific laws and policies to support enterprise run vocational education;Sequencing the management system of vocational colleges organized by enterprises;Changing ideas,unified planning,raising awareness;Setting up and perfecting the innovation system mechanism of production and research built by vocational colleges and the enterprises,fully developing the internal cooperation of the enterprises,strengthening the depth and breadth of the cooperation;Seizing the opportunities,strengthen the training work,promoting the development of the college;Make full use of external resources,enhancing university-enterprise cooperation ability and so on.
