Research On Countermeasures Of Government To Promote Public Higher Vocational School-Enterprise Cooperation

School–enterprise cooperation is an indispensible link in the development and talent’straining. A series of practice have proved that only by means of school–enterprise cooperation,higher vocational education has seamless integration with the society and we can get theemployment demands of enterprise more accurately. The position of talent’s training objectivecan be defined and the broad market can be created for the higher vocational education.However, many problems have existed in the process of school–enterprise cooperation inhigher vocational colleges in China and its effectiveness is not so good. In order to makeschool–enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education be implemented moreeffectively and improve the school-running quality and level of higher vocational education,one of our primary tasks is to seek for a new way for sustainable development ofschool–enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education.On the basis of study of some literatures related to the school–enterprise cooperation inhigher vocational education at home and abroad passing through investigating and analyzingthe position of government in the process of school–enterprise cooperation in highervocational education we found that only by establishing the leading role of government, thesustainable development of school–enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education canbe achieved. We draw some lessons from the successful experience of promoting theschool–enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education in developed countries such asGermany, America and Australia. We seek and summarized some useful experience bycomparing the status of school–enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education in ourcountry with these developed countries and provide some reference for how the governmentin our country promotes the school–enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education.The policy, system guarantee, the corresponding laws and regulations for highervocational education which is leaded by the government should be established according tothe characteristic of school–enterprise cooperation itself, based on following the principle ofmarket. The countermeasures and suggestions on solving the problems in the process ofschool–enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education are considered and analyzedfrom the government aspect, the school–enterprise cooperation in higher vocational educationcan be effectively carried out with the help of the government, the quality of school-runningfor higher vocational colleges can be improved and finally the sustainable development ofschool–enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education can be achieved.
