Compare Study On The Personality Of Entrepreneurs With College Degrees

Entrepreneurship is so important to economy, politics, science, technology and employment that entrepreneur education become education research and practise field and get more and more attention from the government, education institutions and scholars. This thesis use qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis as questionnaire, investigation, interview and statistic test etc, analyze the entrepreneurs'personality and motivation and found that:1. Based on the abroad and domestic research about entrepreneur personality ,define the entrepreneurship and the entrepreneur.2. Analyze the entrepreneur personality and motivation. Catalog the interviewees as 4 groups and label genders: entrepreneurs with college degrees, entrepreneurs without college degree, budding entrepreneurs receiving higher education, college students without intention. Use cattell 16 personality diathesis questionnaire and questionnaires made by myself, then analyze data by SPSS to get different groups'personality forms, types and motivation chart. In the personality trait, the entrepreneurs with college degrees'outstanding traits are brave, excitable and eager, and with higher fancy. The college students without intention have non marked trait; the budding entrepreneurs receiving higher education are very excitable and brave; the entrepreneurs without higher education are very brave, excitable, and like cooperate, enthusiasm, with lower independency and tension. In the personality type, the entrepreneurs with college degrees and budding entrepreneurs almost are the same type——outgoing adaptable talents; no intention people do not belong to any type; the entrepreneurs without college degree is outgoing easy talents. In psychology health and develop ability, no intension person are in the common level, but the other3 groups are very confident and have strong stabilization. In the integrate ability, the entrepreneurs with college degree are the best. In entrepreneurship motivation, the entrepreneurs with college degree most stimulated by higher need, whereas the group without college degree is pulled by lower need beside higher need.
