Research For The Problems And Policy About Teachers' Construction And Administration In Minxi Vocational Schools

Since reform, the secondary vocational education has made much headway, the number of the teachers in secondary vocational school has rapidly increased, the teachers' construction are constantly being perfected and a vocational teachers team has initially formed which basically satisfies the requirement of education, combines speciality with concurrence, has deep love for the vocational education and is relatively stable. Teachers' problem is of vital importance to the educational reform and development. Without high quality teachers, it is impossible to have high leve vocational education. In the development of our country's vocational education, one of the most important problems which is still troubling the development of the vocational education from beginning to end is the problem of teachers. Facts have proved this point. In order to develop secondary vocational education, we must strengthen the construction and administration of the teachers and put the teachers work on the outstanding place in the development of the cause and pay close attention to it and do it well. Based on the analysis of the present condition and existent problem of the teachers of the secondary vocational schools in Minxi and combining vocational teachers' construction home and abroad with experience in administration, the article approaches the teachers' construction and administration policy which is suitable for the real conditions in Minxi vocational school. I think that it must be made clear to construct teachers' administration and target in vocational schools in Minxi, to build the training project of double styles of teachers' in round, to locate cadre teachers andprofessional subject leaders with reason, to guide the improvement in whole stuff of teachers in vocational schools, to develop and perfect the way of teachers' construction, to set up the professional moral construction systems of teachers in technical schools, to enhance the whole education plan of teachers' morality in vocational schools, to set up the policy and obey it, to guarantee the lawful rights of teachers in vocational schools, to improve the teachers' position and pay in vocational schools.
