Teachers shoulder not only the historical mission of disseminating knowledge and truth,but also the important task of shaping the soul and shaping people.At present,China's secondary vocational education teachers have made some achievements in quantity and quality,but there are still some problems in scale,structure,quality and ability.The development of modern vocational education requires a large number of high-quality teachers.The construction of coaching teachers is conducive to improving the level of secondary vocational school education and teaching.Therefore,the "coaching" element should be implanted in the construction of modern vocational education.It is particularly important to become a high-quality professional secondary vocational school coach-type teacher team with noble morality,excellent quality,exquisite skills,reasonable structure and combination of full-time and part-time.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 introduces the research background,analyses the relevant research on secondary vocational teachers at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas,research methods,research issues and so on.The second chapter is the definition of concept and theoretical basis.Mainly clarify the core concepts,introduce the research theory needed in this paper,and on this basis,put forward the theoretical presupposition and analysis framework of this paper.Chapter three is the demand fit between the coach-type teaching staff and the construction of secondary vocational teachers in our country.This part mainly digs into the characteristics and advantages of coach-type teachers themselves,analyses the trend demand of the development of secondary vocational teachers' team construction in China,seeks the conjunction point between the two,and analyses the importance and necessity of the construction of coach-type teachers in secondary vocational schools.It lays a theoretical foundation for the following analysis of the construction of secondary vocational teachers.Chapter IV is the research on the current situation of teachers in secondary vocational schools.Through the investigation and research,the paper mainly analyses the current situation of teachers' structure,training,quality and skills,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of coach-type teachers in secondary vocational schools at the emergence stage.In the fifth chapter,aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of the research,the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of coach-type teachers in secondary vocational schools are put forward,that is,in the aspect of education and guidance,to establish the idea of coach-type teachers and to define the goal of coach-type teachers;in the aspect of practice,to improve coaches in the practical training of relevant enterprises,in the study of relevant schools,in the process of mutual exchange and discussion,and in the teaching of coaching methods.In the aspect of system guarantee,the promotion and employment mechanism,training mechanism and guarantee mechanism of coach-type teachers should be formed.Chapter 6 is about the innovation and Prospect of this study.This study has innovated the research perspective,and has some innovations,but inevitably there are shortcomings.Therefore,according to the possible shortcomings of this paper and the expectation of deepening the research on the construction of secondary vocational teachers,this paper puts forward relevant research prospects,hoping to promote the construction of secondary vocational education teachers,promote new development of Vocational education,and make new contributions to the realization of the Chinese dream.
