| A new course is demands, which will turning traditional education idea, an idea between the educators and students in methodology of study. Under the condition of the new course, teacher should make an effort to change the method of study and sing high praise for study method as having a head in actively study,enjoy inquiry and being content to communication ,co-operation and etc.The paper introduce the forming of inquiry teaching and domestic and international current situation of the inquiry teaching's development;Analyzed the characteristic of inquiry teaching, introduce the theoretical foundation of inquiry teaching designed in middle school that based on. On the Basis of consulting a large number of materials, synthesize the domestic and international theory research results, introduce pedagogy and psychological respect of inquiry teaching theoretical foundation , Introduce nowadays content and idea of "new course standard"of our country related to inquiry teaching. One part of my paper is teaching design on biology inquiry teaching in middle school and I also analyzed it.The important part of the paper is making an effort to study teaching method, so as to expose points under the new course of changing position to teacher's role. It is necessary that a kind of new teaching method should be put into practice, instead of a traditional teaching method. Teacher is not only the student's promoter, teaching knowledge ,but also an teaching researcher. Traditional teaching modes are revealing varieties of drawbacks in cultivatingmodern talents.
