How through the design teaching, puts to the practice, thus both promotes student's growth, and the promotion chemistry teacher's career development, meanwhile helps chemistry teacher to understand the new curriculum idea? This is the present paper research goal.This article take new knowledge view, teaching strategy under three psychology theories instruction, Herbart and the other educationalist's teaching thought, Bandura self-efficacy theory as the instruction, and model overseas unceasing evolution teaching design pattern, proposes "two criteria multi-strategies different duty" chemistry teaching design process pattern. Take 23 chemistries teachers, 508 learning chemistry curriculum students as studying sample, uses two sets of asking volume for teachers and a set of classrooms observations table, designs the teaching through the guidance chemistry teacher, puts to the practice to draw three basic conclusions.First, utilizes this pattern partially to promote chemistry teacher's career development. Second, utilizes this pattern to be able quite large scale to enhance student's classroom participation, thus indirectly promoted students to innovate spiritual and the practice ability primarily each kind of ability development. Third, utilizes this pattern design teaching, puts to the practice to chemistry teacher to understand the new curriculum idea has the certain help.
