New curriculum reform started in the early 21st century. More and more chemistry teaching design based on theories of "ⅩⅩ" was favored by educators whith used perspective of external view, so bllind spots appeared by "experience" to transformation of "theory".The "chemical classroom teaching plate theory" (for short "plate")that used the internal view, can effectively and skillfully solve this problem, so further study of the theory of teaching design model is necessary.Through the case interview with teachers and chemistry "plate" classroom teaching present situation investigation,hidden problems(lack of theoretical support in teaching design, understanding of teaching mode did not reach the standard,neglecting students’scientific literacy; situation, tasks, activities and evaluation was lack of fusion) in the design of chemical classroom teaching and classroom teaching was discovered.Combining constructivism learning theory, the theory of the zone of proximal development,teaching methodology system,theory of propagation, under the guidance of "plate",compared the classical teaching design process model and taken its essence, the high school chemistry classroom teaching design process model was raised based on the "plate".The characteristics of the Model (overall analysis on the basis of the theory;together with the explicit and implicit way to answer the problems must be solved in the design of teaching; "plate" design thinking to the three dimensional goal to achieve; highlight spirit-based on the curriculum reform to achieve the goal of three-dimensional to carry out the improvement of students’scientific literacy) are described emphatically, thus completed the rational thinking.Based on high school chemistry knowledge structure system and the above research results,typical teaching design case in chemical knowledge ontology knowledge, knowledge of STS and chemical methods for the project were witten. The development of high school chemistry classroom teaching design based on the "plate" to chemistry "teaching" and "learning" in high school classroom lay the foundation to implementation and promotion.
