For inspecting the characteristics of middle schools students' ability in Self-regulated learning of P.E., the new type of relationship between teachers and students and the students' ability in Self-regulated learning of P.E., through adopting methods of documentary, logic, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, and so on, the author has done study on the Self-regulated learning of P.E. in more than 1000 middle schools students from Fujian Province and its relationship with the new type of relationship between teachers and students. The study has shown the results as follows: middle schools students' ability in Self-regulated learning of P.E. has the interacting effect between sex and grade F=3.790, p<0.01; middle schools in different areas have different abilities in Self-regulated learning of P.E. F=9.561, p<0.01; the new type of relationship between teachers and students has the responding effect to the abilities of self-stimulation on learning motivation, applying learning strategy, self-management in learning and adopting learning environment of middle schools students' positive learning of P.E., and its forecasting coefficients are 0.147, 0.231, 0.183 and 0.206. Through analysis on the study results, we have found the conclusion as follows: (1) Middle schools students' abilities in Self-regulated learning are made of the abilities of self-stimulation on learning motivation, applying learning strategy, self-management in learning andadopting learning environment. The quality table of normal middle schools students' ability in positive learning of P.E. has good validity and effect. (2) Middle school students' ability in Self-regulated learning of P.E. has differences in sex and grade; and this kind of difference will increase with the increase of age and grade. Meanwhile, the difference has existed in areas. (3) The new type of relationship between teachers and students has forecasting impact on the abilities of self-stimulation on learning motivation, applying learning strategy, self-management in learning and adopting learning environment of students in middle schools.
