The government's rectification of social remedial education has begun in an all-round way,and the current development of social remedial education is facing a new challenge.The relationship between teachers and students in social tutorial education that has been neglected by people for a time needs to be reconstructed.In order to meet the needs for the government on the rectification of social tutorial institutions,and most students contact with teachers in social remedial education.The teacher-student relationship not only affects the development of tutorial institutions,but also plays an important role in the growth of students.Junior high school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development.Their adult sense of consciousness and self-identity began to be established,and many cases of teacher-student conflict in tutorial institutions also occurred in this period.Therefore,it is necessary to study the teacher-student relationship between junior high school students and tuition teachers.To improve the poor relationship between teachers and students in social tutorial institutions,the premise is to define the connotation of teacher-student relationship in social remedial education.Starting from the three dimensions of the connotation of refinement,a better understanding of the nature of teacher-student relationship in social tutorial education.Therefore,this paper based on the theory of communicative rationality,caring education and humanism.And it has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the healthy development of the relationship between teachers and students in social remedial education.From the perspective of the theory of communicative rationality,caring education and humanism,to explore the teacher-student relationship in social tutorial education.Taking the junior middle school department of three tutorial institutions in W city as an example,the paper applies the method of literature research,questionnaire investigation and interviews and so on,combines with the results of the questionnaire and the contents of the interviews.First of all,from the group level to explore the current situation of teacher-student relations in social tutorial education;Secondly,starting from the relationship between teachers and students' cognition,emotion and behavior based on the content of qualitative interviews.This paper focuses on the analysis of the specific characteristics of the teacher-student relationship in social tutorial education.Thirdly,it reflects on the teacher-student relationship in the social tutorial education,and in the general school education based on the tutorial education.Finally,the concrete suggestions are put forward from the internal main body of teacher-student relationship and the external three-dimensional environment of teacher-student relationship.Through the research,it is found that there are significant problems in the relationship between teachers and students in social tutorial education,mainly includes the differences of gender,the teaching grade,the teaching subjects and the identities of the teachers,and there are differences in the gender and grade of the students.Specifically,it includes both teachers and students cognitive imbalance,obvious subjective color,can't be transposed thinking and cognitive dislocation phenomenon;Teachers and students emotional expression is not true,with false color that one want to express but have concerns,the other prominent contradictorypsychology;Both teachers and students have obvious biased behavior,passive color,there is a phenomenon of students' "different knowledge and action" and teachers "self-righteous".Therefore,it can be analyzed that the relationship between teachers and students in social tutorial education is not only related to both teachers and students,but also the external environment of society,tutorial institutions and parents,and as a important factor is affecting its normal development.Therefore,the healthy development of teacher-student relationship in social tutorial education should construct the internal and external environment.The internal environment mainly starts from the two main bodies of communication between teachers and students.Teachers should be sensitive,emotional,to realize that students' desire to speak and stop,truly understand students' ideas,and also have initiative at the same time.Take the initiative to set a good example for students,and sincere care;Students should change their inherent ideas that teachers are not omnipotent,they should enhance their empathy ability and try to understand the teacher's approach.At the same time,students should take the initiative to cooperate with the teacher's teaching work.The external environment is launched from three aspects: society,tutoring institutions and parents.The society should strengthen the sense of identity of tuition teachers,optimize the management of tutorial institutions,and create a stable and harmonious environment for the development of teacher-student relationship.The tutorial institutions should perfect the supervision system and standardize the development of tutoring teachers,and parents should change their attitude towards tutors and understand the work of tutors.
