The Gender Difference In College Ideological And Political Education

Aiming at finding whether there are some gender differences, and what the concrete differences are, and combining the experience in home and abroad education and other subjects' gender difference study, this paper discusses how to face the gender difference in the circumstance which boys and girls have their advantages respectively. To guide education and administration, even to improve its effect, we can take diverse measures to teach students in accordance of their aptitude and gender.This paper divides ideological and political education into ideological and political theory education, CPC and the Communist Youth League structural construction, culture and public opinion in the college, social practice, psychological education, employment onto the internet. According to the surveys which focus on these components and students' specific conditions, this text analyses the gender difference and its influence factors.The survey indicates that there are relatively obvious gender differences. Therefore, the gender difference shouldn't be overlooked in college ideological and political education. This conclusion offers us foundation to improve college ideological and political education.This paper also gives some suggestions which are helpful to improve ideological and political education environment.
