Group cooperation learning is being widely applied in schooling practice in China. It has been regarded to be fresh "blood" to the traditional schooling. However, there exist some problems in practice, such as formalization of the cooperation, unequal participation of students and inappropriate role identification of teachers in the groups. To these problems, lots of researchers attributed it them to specific strategies in instruction, which, to some extent proves to be reasonable.In the practice of instruction, many corresponding factors entangle and interact, which determines group cooperation learning is valid. Among these factors, human value is the most influenced factor. To make such learning valid, First of all, culture of corporation should be modeled. Culture can influence individual's attitudes, values, behavior and competence. On the basis of analyzing the cultural background, the theory and conditions for guaranteeing cooperation learning should be considered, which can make preparation for practicing in future. Besides the two factors above, factors such as design, assessment and management of instruction are also very important to the cooperative learning.This thesis attempts to observe and analyze the group cooperative learning in an overall perspective. Through the analysis of the corresponding factors, the writer hope to build a new kind of classroom that help students develop their talent by good cooperation.
