This paper mainly deals with the common and true situation of the induction of college teachers based on the frequently reported issues. Thus, the main question of this paper will be listed as: what is the main situation of the induction of college teachers during the induction period and how the teachers perceive about the course they experienced.Based on the deep interview material from two colleges in Shanghai and Nanjing, the paper discusses the induction of college teachers from three aspects: teachers adapted to organize environment, teachers adapted to teaching work and academic research, the induction plan in the teachers' eyes by qualitative research method. The paper further analyses the experience of the teachers through the awareness and feeling. In order to emphasize representation, which are rich in information in one of the three analysis aspects, four teachers are selected and explored. The paper also analyses the factors influencing the induction of the college teachers including teachers' expectation, the experience from getting along with colleague, and the quality of induction plan.Three grounded theories aim to explain the induction of college teachers, which are based on the deeply analyzed materials. Those are Rule of Regulation, Rule of Debugging and Rule of Supply and demand.The paper is constituted of three parts: the first part shown as charter one, which includes research questions, the significance of the researching, literature review, main concepts, the research process and methods.The second part, from charter two to chart four, is the main body of the paper, includes teachers adapting to organize environment, teachers adapting to teaching work and academic research, the induction plan in the teachers' eyes .Through thesethe author want to present the real situation of teachers' induction and tasks ,which the teachers must accomplish in the induction period.The third part is the conclusion part of the paper, embodying charter five , including three grounded theories. The advices to further studying are also pointed out in this charter.
