As a inevitable stage of teachers' career and the beginning into a education reality, the period of induction adaption, is full of difficulties and challenges. During the time, the education life teachers go through is very important for themselves growth.Current researches about induction adaption are mainly focused on the primary and secondary teachers, and also started on the preschool teachers of preschool education, however, as the growing need of education on children and the preschool teachers occupation opening to the social personnel, now there is a new group of non-professional preschool teachers. And how they are going to facing the start of career without professional education? Till now, the theorists haven't known it. The need of practices and the lack of theory urgently make the researcher try to show a picture of a "real" education life. For this, taking a ordinary non-professional preschool teacher in shanghai as a case who has been experienced various pressure and difficulties and has been growing and now is pursuing her development, I adopt qualitative research, hope understanding the experience of her adaption and the influencing factors by my participating into the research field of kindergarten. I also hope to uncover the veil of these teachers' induction life, and find the growing's "truth".In the results part, the paper displays induction adaption experiences of the case teacher by a narrative way and finds out induction adaption of the non-professional preschool teacher is a kind of process that the individual with the consciousness is gradually merging into the kindergarten organization and internalizing the social rules and behavior modes, and it is also a process of the formation of the educational enthusiasm, the awakening of the professional consciousness, the generating of practical wisdom, and the developing of teacher professional autonomy. All these are shaping the professional quality. However the pressures and the difficulties are following the work and the teacher as a subject is also making some adjustment and compromises herself. At the last part, the paper discusses the influencing factors on the induction adaption of the non-professional preschool teacher, and finds that the internal and external factors are interacting on the education and teaching field, which are the personal element such as life history and personality, and the kindergarten element such as culture and management system for which tutor program is representing, especially as the kindergarten culture. Finally, the paper explores the confusion about self of individual teacher in the process, and gives some suggestion on the development in induction adaption.
