College-enterprise project cooperation is an effective way to transform college scientific and technological achievements into actual productivity.At present,the college-enterprise project cooperation has problems such as the difficulty of matching the school's technology supply with the needs of the enterprise,the low satisfaction of the cooperation between the two parties,and the unstable cooperation relationship.Universities have innate scientific research conditions and master a large number of cutting-edge scientific research achievements.However,the current transformation rate of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities is not high,which to a certain extent restricts China's innovation development and industrial structure upgrade.This article uses semi-structured interviews on the basis of reading a lot of literature on college-enterprise project cooperation,and interviews senior professors who have hosted and participated in college-enterprise project cooperation.According to the research steps of the grounded theory,analyze the influencing factors of the cooperation effect of college-enterprise projects.To improve the depth and breadth of college-enterprise project cooperation and stabilize college-enterprise cooperation,the corresponding recommendations are given.The main work is as follows:(1)It summarizes the factors that affect the effect of college-enterprise project cooperation.Using NVivo11 to perform three-level coding on the interview data,the four core categories of accelerative conditions,school team factors,enterprise team factors,and college-enterprise cooperation distance are summarized and extracted.(2)Visualized analysis of word frequency and sentiment type analysis of interview text were carried out.Through the visualized analysis of the text word frequency,understand the core concerns of the teachers who participate in the college-enterprise project cooperation;Through the analysis of text sentiment types,the emotional attitudes of university professors to participate in college-enterprise project cooperation are explored.(3)A universal gravitation model of college-enterprise project cooperation effect has been constructed.According to the model,corresponding suggestions are given for improving the effect of college-enterprise project cooperation: Universities should improve their internal governance capabilities and correctly grasp the relationship between vertical and horizontal projects;teachers should have comprehensive project management capabilities;and corporate teams need to improve their comprehensive service capabilities.
