The world today is facing a learning revolution, and the educational paradigm is shifting from acceptable one to exploring one, this keynote is decided by the conflict between the need of time, people's development and the current situation of education. And this conflict raises the urgent need for paradigm change, points out the clear direction and challenge.Combined with China's actual situation, we can foresee that classroom learning will remain the main teaching method, the classroom learning culture is in the Microscopic level in school environment. Focusing in classroom learning culture and exploring the method of integrating the information technology in classroom is the important way in the current school reform.In this paper, the author focuses on the following problems :Firstly, examine classroom from the perspective of new curriculum, define what is classroom learning culture and analyze its composition, then point out the three pillars in the classroom learning culture, and take them as a perspective to investigate classroom learning culture in information technology environment. Then analyze basic problems such as the necessity of classroom learning cultural reconstruction, the evolution and development of classroom learning culture, the function and strategy of Classroom learning culture.Secondly, review the learning assisted by information technology, the relation between technology culture and learning, reflect some negative effects caused by the use of information technology, in order to give some useful practical advice in integrating information technology in the classroom.Thirdly, combined with research results related to classroom environment, try to establish a relationship model to promote learners' all-round development from the relationship between the information technology, classroom learning culture and learners' development. Combined with Jasper case in US, reflect the variables which impact the adaptation between information technology and classroom learning culture, expect to benefit the exploration of effective learning mechanismin the information technology environment.
