Classroom culture refers to an integration of the norms, scenario concept, knowledge and the psychological and behavioral between teachers and students which happened in the process of teaching in the classroom. Classroom culture is a form of cultural pattern which is created by the interaction among system culture, information culture and quality culture. Classroom culture is not only relatively stable due to the constraints of system culture but also interactive, dynamic and constantly generating because of the conversation between principal parts.I use a lot of literature to have a better understanding of this subject, pursued the action research actively, and pay more attention to the research of the relationship between teachers and students construction, teaching design and implementation and the transformation of the mode of learning.Through research, I promote the implementation of the school's new curriculum, reform the traditional classroom teaching mode, Change the way of students'learning, and thus improve the efficiency and quality of the English language teaching. Meanwhile, I have changed the educational concept of the English teachers'in our school, helped them to use the learning classroom culture strategy, changing the New Curriculum theory into practicing to improve the implementation of the new creativity of teachers teaching capacity.Through research, I get the following inspiration:As to the aspect of building up relationship between teachers and students, it should embody the fact that students are the principal part of the study, encourage unrestrained studying methods, and students can fully develop their individualities. Students will get the feeling that they are the masters of the class, realize benign interaction between teachers and students and students among themselves and build up equal, harmonious and enjoyable interpersonal relationships to improve psychological safety awareness of the studentsIn the classroom teaching design and implementation, we should arouse the ability of potential of every student, keep them getting the emotional experience from success. The attention of classroom evaluation changed from teachers'"classroom capacity to control"and students'"meet"degree into the authenticity and validity of the dialogue between teachers and students, to make English classes the real spiritual home of the students'learning life. .In the aspect of constructing learning classroom study method, we should embody the concept of the new curriculum, convert study method and encourage independent cooperative and explorative study method.
