With the rapid development of information technology,micro learning resource and flipped classroom have become the focus of research in the field of education and teaching.Flipped classroom which is considered as a teaching model has brought new ideas to classroom teaching.As a kind of teaching resources,micro learning resource provides a resource support for the smooth implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model.How to combine micro learning resource,flipped classroom and classroom teaching organically to improving teaching quality is worth deep studying for all the teachers.Information technology course is a strong professional course for middle school students.The teacher who just outputs their knowledge and asks the students to receive the information was center in traditional teaching model,which greatly hinders the initiative and development of the students in study and at the same time restricts the development of the students' creative thinking.But the flipped classroom model which based on micro learning resource can make up for the deficiency of the traditional teaching method.Before class,the students will get the learning materials they need which mainly based on micro videos and learn by themselves.During the class,the teacher will explain the problems the students and answer their questions they meet when they learn by various teaching methods.In this way,the students can understand what they learn and develop their interest of study and creativity.After class,in order to make the students have a further understanding,develop their practical application and improve students ' information literacy,we can help them by works exhibitions,guiding online,self-assessment and peer-assessment and knowledge development.So it is necessary to do the research on the teaching model which based on micro learning resource.The study,which based on mastery learning theory,constructivism learning theory,learning pyramid theory and humanistic learning theory,mainly adopts the literature study,questionnaire survey and the case methodology and so on.On the basis of previous studies,we construct a high school information technology reversal classroom teaching model based on "micro learning resource".Here is my main research work in the course of this study.First,I conclude the theoretical background,concepts and the current research status of micro learning resource at home and abroad and the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional class model and the flipped classroom.Second,analyze the connotation of flipped class and micro learning resource,the existing flipped classroom teaching model,the present situation of the Information technology course teaching and the existing problems.Combined with micro class,we can construct the flipped classroom teaching model conformed to the high school information technology course teaching.Third,make an overview of the "micro learning resource" design process,production methods and the format requirements to design the teaching activities of high school information technology flipped classroom teaching model based on "micro class".Finally,combine the actual teaching activities in Information technology base in high schools,verify the effectiveness of high school information technology flipped classroom teaching model and revise,perfect and sum up the efficient mode of high school information technology flipped classroom teaching model based on micro learning resource.
