In recent years, family-kindergarten partnership is a very hotspot question. According to the aim of this study, this thesis explains the meaning of Bulletin Board, discuss research background and significance.Secondly, this thesis explains the theoretical from psychology; education and sociology. Reviews national scholars' researches about the Bulletin BoardThirdly, the researcher chose seventeen kindergartens in Shanghai's nine districts as objects. This thesis mostly adopts three research methods, they're the literature method, observe method, interview method. Though these methods, I gathered and analyzed the information according to the problems below: the Bulletin Board's form; title; content; changed frequency; function; the factors that affect the use of the Bulletin Board. The result shows that the Bulletin Board has changed dramatically in recent years. For example, the title is very original; the content is much enriched and it can satisfy different parents demand; on the designing, it is very artist and so on. But still some problems exist: it can't be changed timely; it doesn't have any characteristics; many teachers neglect the environment of the Bulletin Board and so on. There are some reasons that affect the Bulletin Board's function: parents' attitude about children's education; teachers' ability and working pressure; whether the directors think highly of it and so on.Finally, based on the reality, the author brings forward some advice from the angle of govern, design and so on. The writer hopes these advices can help teacher and parent to communicate with each other more effectively.
