As the new curriculum pushing on. requires school to realize the transformation from "curriculum management" to "curriculum leadership". The transformation asks teachers to take part in curriculum leadership actively, not only emphasize on the president of the school. Now the research on teacher's curriculum leadership is scarcity in our country, which results in the effect of teacher's curriculum leadership in action can't exertion sufficiently. This requires us pay more attention to teacher's curriculum leadership, do more research on theory and practice.The thesis consists of six parts. Part one: introduction, simply introducing the question, methods and meanings. Part two: definition, by the analysis of curriculum leadership and teacher leadership, give the definition of teacher's curriculum leadership. Part three: expound the necessity of teacher's curriculum leadership, on the one hand, to see the significance of teacher's curriculum leadership from the theory transform, on the other hand, to see the orientation of teachers from the analysis of the subject in curriculum leadership. Part four: analysis the policy space of teacher's curriculum leadership, include the implement in school of national curriculum and local curriculum, school-based curriculum development. Part five: discuss the basic strategy of teacher's curriculum leadership in the view of implement. Part six: point out some problems in teacher's curriculum leadership at the present time. Through the analysis of reasons, try to give some advice of countermeasure.
