Teachers’ curriculum leadership from the eighties of last century in the West,after several years of development, has formed relatively mature theories. China is therise of new research areas in the context of the new curriculum. With the deepening ofcurriculum reform, three-course system, the introduction of the Kindergartencurriculum development requirements of the nursery by the course management tocurriculum leadership. Preschool teachers also asked to change the course role by theCurriculum implementers to curriculum leader.This study used qualitative research methods, to select two kindergartens inNanchang as the case through interviews, observation, physical analysis, collectrelevant information to describe the status of kindergarten teachers’ curriculumleadership, and analyze the reasons for curriculum leadership furtherrecommendations accordingly.This study is divided into the following sections:The first part of the basic theory research. The need for teachers in curriculumleadership from the background to the study, literature review to understand the basictheory of curriculum leadership at home and abroad with teachers in curriculumleadership, defining the relevant concepts, research questions to determine the basicframework of the research on specific research methods and reliability validity andlogic.The second part is divided into A, B, led a case study of two kindergartenteachers course. By the structure of interpersonal leadership, leadership curriculumdevelopment, cultural leadership and lead the four dimensions of teacher developmentto describe the status of early childhood teachers’ curriculum leadership.The third part is the cause analysis. According to the description of the status quoanalysis of the causes of the status quo of the preschool teacher curriculum leadershipfrom teachers and teachers external factors.The fourth part of the strategy proposals. Cause analysis in accordance with thefirst part of the proposal to promote teachers’ curriculum leadership from three levelsof teachers, nursery and garden.
