A study of a large number of college students' status quo shows that the existing problems, some of which are interpersonal, environmental, of study and suicidal, are mainly related to College Students' Psychological Health (CSPH). Therefore, emphasis and top concern should be concentrated on CSPH.A longitudinal review of the research literature on CSPH and Kinetic Prescription (KP) in the past decade shows that, however, most researches are mainly focused on the effectiveness of weight-losing, body-building, and health-recovering from chronological disease, and on survey of psychological health. Still, only a few have been on the steps of psychological health intervention, and even few on the effectiveness of the intervention in individual psychological consulting with a void of variety of effective remedy and intervention. From its theory and methodology, KP primarily deals with cure and precaution of various diseases from organs. Until now, there has been no report in this regard. From an overall point of view, researches into psychological effectiveness on college students from a multi-layer and multi-perspective are almost a space. Meanwhile KP has never been used as an interventional factor in the study to probe its influence on CSPH so far. This study focuses on an experiment on effectiveness of KP on CSPH. Subjects are carefully selected from the high-frequency group, by SCL-90, medical examinations and kinetic tests. A systematic exposition has been made on the effectiveness, influential mechanism and the making of KP of CSPH. And a discussion of CSPH interventional mechanism and KP theory and methodology have been made as well with simplicity and ease, effectiveness and non-side effect by using such methodology as literature research, interview, controlled experiment, mathematic and logical analysis. It is the first time that effective KP has been made for precaution and recovery through physical training. Based on the research above, four final conclusions are drawn as follows in the process of KP experiment: During their course of physical training practice by means of the psychological effective KP, it is found that both the total SCL-90 score and positive 2-factor have declined to a certain extent, i.e. the above KP confirms to the psychological effectiveness on the college students subjects.Through a statistical analysis of the pre-test and posttest results of the total SCL-90 score and positive 2-factor, the longer time the process, the more obvious fall of the SCL-90 score and positive 2-factor, i. e. the longer time the above psychological effectiveness KP given to on the college subjects on the training practice, the more beneficial it is.Through a statistical analysis of the pre-test and posttest results of the total SCL-90 score and positive 2-factor, it is revealed that the higher score the total SCL-90 score and 2-factor the subjects obtained, the more significant the total score and the positive number before and after the test. That is to say, the longer the time, the better benefits they get, which also confirms that the higher score from the total SCL-90 score and 2-factor the subjects obtained, the more beneficial it is.Through a statistical analysis of the pre-test and posttest results of the total SCL-90 score and positive 2-factor, it is revealed that the above total SCL-90 score and 2-factor are highly preventive to the rise of the score, i. e. the above KP confirms to the psychological effectiveness on the college students subjects. The purpose of the study above is for only some beneficial attempts made to test the effectiveness of psychological recovery, improvement, hygiene and health care from PK for college students.
