As people pay more and more attention to health,fitness craze attracts more people to participate.Fitness and bodybuilding is loved by university students in a unique way of exercising.University period is the late stage of youth development,the growth of height is slow,and the lateral development of muscle is faster.From the data issued by the national national physical examination center in recent years,the physical quality of college students is decreasing."Health China 2030" program outline mentioned: to promote the overall development of people,health is an irreplaceable requirement,and also the basic conditions for economic and social development with the times.Therefore,studying the physical condition of college students and formulating corresponding exercises can not only promote the physical and mental health development of college students,but also promote the improvement of the overall level of the society.This study aims at the status of male college students in the national student physical health standard test.The male college students who are not sports major are selected as the subjects for 3 months,a total of36 hours exercise prescription exercises.The body shape,physical quality and physical function of the male college students before and after the exercise are given.There are great changes in the mental health and so on.Through studying the influence of body building and body building prescription on the physical health of the subjects,it provides a theoretical basis for the promotion and development of body building and bodybuilding in schools,and provides a reference for the selection of sports events for the fitness groups.This study uses literature,experiment,measurement,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to explore the influence of different strength fitness exercise prescription on the physical health of male college students.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)studies have shown that physical fitness exercise can effectively improve the body shape of the subjects.In experimental group A,the subjects trained with high strength strength training and fitness exercise prescription,the muscle content was obviously improved,the effect of muscle increasing was achieved,and the body was stronger and stronger.In group B,the body fat burning loss,the body fat loss,thebody fat rate and the WHR decrease,the muscle content has a certain increase,and the effect of healthy weight loss has been effectively reduced.(2)after physical fitness exercise prescription exercise,the subjects' vital capacity has a significant improvement,two kinds of exercise prescription comparison,high intensity intermittent training fitness exercise prescription exercise compared with the middle and high strength strength training fitness exercise prescription more effectively improve the vital capacity of the subjects,the increase of vital capacity as subjects The more efficient exercise of oxygen supply is guaranteed.(3)after the exercise prescription of body building and body building,the test results of the experimental group A were obviously improved in the national student physical health standard test.The results of the up,the standing long jump and the 50 meter run were obviously improved.The exercise of the medium and high strength strength training and fitness exercise prescription effectively improved the strength quality and speed quality of the subjects.In the experimental group B,the results of the subjects' introduction,the long jump,the 50 meter run and the 1000 meter run were improved obviously.The exercise prescription of the high intensity interval training effectively improved the strength quality,speed quality and endurance quality of the subjects.(4)bodybuilding and body building have great help to the improvement of the mental health level of the subjects,and the psychological indexes of the subjects are improved after the exercise prescription exercise.Advice:(1)in the formulation of fitness and bodybuilding exercise prescription,we should start from the specific conditions of participating in the experimental exercise,follow the principles of fitness,individual treatment and systematicness,and give full play to fitness,effectiveness and entertainment of fitness and bodybuilding,so as to better stimulate students' interest in exercise.(2)in the exercise prescription,we should add a reasonable relaxation exercise and relaxation exercises to avoid the fatigue and muscle stiffness of the body in the condition that the body is not relaxed.(3)instruct the teacher to check the instrument before class,so as to ensure the safety of the exercise apparatus.In the process of training,instructors should be guided scientifically and rationally.(4)the subjects are required to supplement the water reasonably in the course of training and after the end of the training.In order to better achieve the purpose of exercise,the subjects are required to avoid greasy food and ensure the supplement of protein nutrition.(5)because of the above research shows that body building and fitness have a great improvement and improvement to the subjects' physical health,therefore,it is suggested that colleges and universities carry out fitness and body building courses.
