College students represent the most advanced force of the country and the future of the nation.College years are the golden period of college students’ life and an important transitional period for them to step into society.Nowadays,with the change of people’s production and life style and the change of diet structure,the obesity problem of college students is becoming more and more prominent.Body obesity will not only affect the body shape of college students,but also increase the probability of diseases such as fatty liver,hypertension and even affect the mental health of students because of obesity.Exercise for weight loss has become a mainstream way to lose weight,athletics has the incomparable superiority in the gym,but the lack of systematic study in applied to lose weight,this paper design the track and field sports prescription for obese college students to provide effective methods and way to lose weight,and expand the application in the field of track and field sports in mass fitness,To contribute to the goal of "Healthy China" by 2035.This paper USES the literature material law,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,the introduction of the subjects such as medicine,physiology,psychology,training study theory,analyzed the principles,elements of the track and field sports prescription design,the methods such as the theory basis,according to the track and field sports prescription for the theoretical basis for design of a practical solution.30 obese college students aged between 18 and 23 were selected from Ludong University,and the exercise intervention of track and field exercise prescription was carried out for 12 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the body fat rate,waist-hip ratio,heart rate,vital capacity,standing long jump,sitting body forward bending,800/1000 meter results of the two groups of college students were tested and compared.To verify the application effect of the practical operation scheme.Results :(1)The formulation procedure of track and field exercise prescription includes five parts: health assessment,exercise experiment,physical fitness test,formulation of exercise prescription,implementation and adjustment of exercise prescription.(2)In the design of various elements of track and field exercise prescription,the design of exercise intensity is the top priority in the design of track and field exercise prescription.The influence of gender,obesity degree,fatigue and recovery speed,health level,environment and other factors should be fully considered in the design of exercise intensity.(3)After 12 weeks of track and field exercise prescription intervention obese college students’ body weight,body fat percentage,waist-hip ratio decreased significantly;Vital capacity,heart rate,step test index and other cardiopulmonary function indexes were improved.The standing long jump,sitting body forward bend,800/1000 meters of sports performance improved significantly...
