The study investigated the characteristic of job burn-out of the university teachers in Shandong Province and the relationships among job burn-out, organization commitment and job satisfaction. Through the t test and F test, the author showed the general status of university teachers'job burn-out. With the help of correlation analysis, regression analysis, the construction of the structural equation model, the author clarified the relationship among job burn-out, organization commitment and job satisfaction.The results showed that:(1) There are significant differences on job satisfaction on the variables of age, professional title and tendency of quit, while there is no significant difference on the variables of sex, type of subjects they are teaching or academy degree.(2) The 4 sub-factors of job burn-out had a negative correlation both with job satisfaction and organization commitment. The job burn-out had negative correlations both with job satisfaction and organization commitment. There is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organization commitment.(3) Job burn-out and organization commitment can predict the job satisfaction significantly (with Beta values of -0.133,0.338 ). the sub-factors of job burn-out, emotional exhaustion, diminished personal accomplishment and depersonalization can predict the job satisfaction very well (with Beta value of -0.292, 0.072 and -0.122). Exhaustion of scientific research can not predict job satisfaction very well (with a Beta value of 0.025).(4) Job born-out acts as a mediator between organization commitment and job satisfaction.
