With the development of new curriculum reform, the government need such kind of research on professional accomplishment of teacher. Studying on professional accomplishment of teacher is of great significance for the hope of school educators, as well as for the development of teacher. When talking about the theory,on the one hand,in the Philosophy research areas,human beings is not only a problem of being present, but his physical worlds and his spirit worlds.What we need is not just live but life with high quality. On the other hand, the development of educational administration theory pay more and more attention on people in education life. Nowadays,most parts of China teachers have solved the Problem of being living, so we Should Pay more attention on teachers’spiritual Pursuit and value Pursue. When talking about research area, educational theory for specialized of professional accomplishment of teacher is few. It is dimension of burnout of the teacher occupation、happiness of teacher’s sense、self-efficacy of teacher. The research is not enough depth. It is not deeply reflects the nature, characteristics of professional accomplishment of teacher.This dissertation developed a scale for secondary school teacher’s professional accomplishment base on the analysis of the theory for teacher’s sense of Professional achievement. Through empirical research methods, we collect150data of three primary schools in Chongqing city. Investigation shows that, Occupation accomplishment of primary school teachers in China are the overall low. Nearly four of those teachers have occupation accomplishment. Those teachers observe colleagues with occupation accomplishment ratio less than70%. Primary school teachers occupation achievement situation of skewed positively distribution.In this study, further analysis of the relationship between teachers’ demographic variables and teacher professional accomplishment find that,(Gender, education background, teaching subject, teaching, professional title, income, whether the class teacher, working time.)this eight variables have significant influence on the teacher professional accomplishment. That external factors has more influence than the intrinsic factors of teachers on Teachers’professional accomplishment.Finally, the research base of the causes resulting from teachers’low professional accomplishment, we have Countermeasures and suggestions from the internal and external of teacher to enhance the teacher professional accomplishment. From the internal factors, To avoid the teacher’s role conflict, Correct positioning of the teachers role, In education reform, to achieve a higher goal, from the external factor of teachers, Take effective measures to improve the treatment of Teachers.
