With the growth of inclusion in the world area, more and more students with disability get into the mainstreaming school. The appearance of the students with disability not only give more burden to the PE teacher, but also ask teachers for higher ability. As the result, how to enhance cultivation of the adapted physical education teacher appear to be one of the most important develop field.Speak from the world wide, America is one of the most developing centuries the field of cultivation for adapted P.E. teacher and it is the developing leader in the world. The method be mainly used in this research contain literature and the"four step for comparative"announced by G. Z. F. Beready. Four universities related to the adapted physical education teacher cultivation be selected respectively in America and China as the objective of this study. The compare and analysis work are mainly in four aspects: history and development of the cultivation of the APE teacher, purpose of the cultivation, patent and the length of the cultivation, curriculums. At last, on the base of our own century's situation, the author discus about the main trends of the cultivation of the APE teacher, and puts forward some basic thinking for establishing a new program.
