China has a large population and vast territory, local economic development and historical of cultural have a huge difference, the course management system of China can’t meet the education and the development of students in different areas. In2001, the National Put forward that our country will implement three courses management system, which is national course, local course and school course. The school curriculum includes the national curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum, three course management system increases the complexity of the school curriculum, this complexity is likely to cause confusion and inefficiency of the school curriculum, which within a certain range has become a reality. For such a complex situation of the school curriculum, its need to integrate the three levels curriculum in the implementation process, then we can have an orderly management of the school curriculum, and also can improve the efficiency of the implementation of the curriculum, and to promote the enhancement of the overall quality of students.This paper includes seven sections:The first part of the paper is the introduction, including seven aspects, the reason of the topic, literature review, and definition of core concepts, theoretical basis for research, the purpose and meaning, ideas and methods, and innovative point of the study.The second part of the paper is the meanings and features of the integration in the implementation of the three courses. In this thesis, the three courses are curriculum morphology, but not the course management system.The third part of the paper is the content of the integration in the implementation of the three courses, including knowledge, feelings, affection, and action, and so on.The forth part of the paper is the principle of the integration in the implementation of the three courses. The curriculum integration should precede the integration of teaching and learning, the curriculum integration should across time and space, and so on.The fifth part of the paper is the mode of the integration in the implementation of the three courses. National curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum have different mode because of its different features.The sixth part of the paper is the security conditions of the integration in the implementation of the three courses, Including the country, schools and teachers.The seventh part of the paper is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the integration in the implementation of the three courses. This part is trying to figure out some of the evaluation criteria, to evaluate the effect of integration.
