Developing classroom teaching quality evaluation is an important measure to advance classroom teaching quality. Effective classroom teaching quality evaluation can produce correct directions and encouraging effect, mobilize the enthusiasm delivering teaching for teachers, advance teaching contents, method reformation and teaching quality. Therefore, the systemic research on classroom teaching quality evaluation system have already mentioned on order in theory and practice. Along with the choose and award for"higher school youth teacher award"of ministry of education one year once since 1999, physical education academy takes strengthening youth teacher's diathesis training as the tactic emphasis on school's constructing schoolman troop in our country, how to adopt effective measures to check and evaluate youth teacher, insure teaching quality of physical education academy youth teacher in our country and establish logical quality evaluation system is an very important problem investigation.The paper selects some youth teacher subject classroom teaching quality expert evaluation systems of physical education institutes all over the country as research object, sports training study, education, statistics and system science as theoretical guidance, basic frame, basic course, basic style and basic characteristic of lesson as basic gist of research content, by studying the documents and data, expert consultation method, AHP method and Delphi method as basic method researching target system. Systemic design and research on the basis of teaching practice, we get the youth teacher subject classroom teaching quality expert evaluation target system, then induct science education evaluation method to it. Through the demonstration research on youth teacher subject classroom teaching quality expert evaluation task in 2004 year of Wuhan institute of physical education, we establish youth teacher subject classroom teaching quality expert evaluation system suitable to physical education institutes.At the same time, the paper get science, impersonal, exact ration and nature description aiming at subject classroom teaching quality evaluation result, compare and analysis youth teacher subject classroom teaching quality evaluation result, explore the main problems of youth teacher subject classroom teaching, provide reasonable and science gist to physical education institutes youth teacher subject classroom teaching quality evaluation, advance physical education institutes youth teacher subject classroom teaching quality and ensure cultivation of person with ability in physical education institutes, establish favorable foundation on the generalization of it in Wuhan institute of physical education and physical education institutes all over the country.
