The quality of teaching and personnel training in Colleges and universities depends on the specific effect of evaluation.Now,the direction of teaching work in Colleges and universities is no longer to pursue the scale of running a school,but to pay attention to the improvement of connotation,formulate practical system measures,and constantly promote the improvement of teaching quality.In order to achieve this goal,all departments of colleges and universities should be based on deep thinking Carry out scientific implementation.The same is true of the teaching of basketball general course.With the increasing popularity of basketball,what direction should the general basketball course of physical education major go forward? What measures should be taken in the future to ensure the stable development of basketball teaching? This paper holds that in order to ensure the effective implementation of the general basketball course for Physical Education Majors in Colleges and universities,scientific and rigorous teaching evaluation should be formulated,which can point out the direction for the teaching work of the general basketball course,lay the foundation for the cultivation of high-quality basketball teaching talents,and make the implementation and progress of basketball sports have a strong driving force.Based on the situation of Basketball Classroom Teaching in physical education major,focusing on the optimization of classroom teaching quality,and on the basis of collection and inquiry of existing research,this paper attempts to use case analysis and Delphi method to build the evaluation system of Basketball Classroom Teaching Quality in physical education major in Jiangsu Province,aiming to promote the continuous improvement of the teaching work and teaching quality of basketball general course.The results show that the evaluation system of general basketball teaching quality in Colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province is tentatively constructed: the first level index is composed of three dimensions,namely,classroom teaching design,classroom teaching implementation and classroom teaching extension;the second level index is composed of 13 dimensions,namely,design concept,teaching material analysis,learning situation analysis,teaching objective,teaching method,teaching plan compilation and teacher's index There are 65 main observation points: guidance,student practice,mutual help and learning,organizational measures,learning evaluation,after class guidance,teaching reflection.Through two rounds of Delphi analysis,it is shown that the overall authority coefficient of experts is greater than 0.70,the mean value of importance is greater than 3,the coefficient of variation is between 0.00-0.21,the Kendall coefficient is between 0.142-0.475,and the coordination coefficient of experts is significantly different(P ? 0.05).According to the requirements of biderfield method,all the above indexes meet the standards,reflecting that the overall indexes are scientific and reliable.
