Taking the benefit interaction model of physical education and mental health education in university as research subject, using methods such literature, investigation, physique test, interview, mathematical statistics and so on. The research discussed the relatedness of university student's physique, the physical training, healthy knowledge and mental healthy level, constructed the benefit interaction model of physical education and mental health education in university, and proposed the concrete operation strategy for integrating mental health education in the physical education, the purpose was to deepening the reform of physical education in university, providing the reference for enhancing the mental healthy education benefit.The investigation result showed that24.20% university students had varying degree the mental healthy question, the rate of psychological question masculine gender picking out was 10.1%, it showed that university student's mental healthy question was serious; there had the change tendency for the university student's mental healthy level and its physique, namely along with the mental barrier degree aggravation, university student's physique drop gradually; University student's physical training manner, the behavior and its mental healthy level had the high relevance, in which 3 dimensions that physical training the manner, the exercise time and the exercise insistence degree played the major effect role; University student's healthy state-of-art and the health appraisal existence remarkable correlation, the healthy knowledge structure was higher, its health self-appraisal was higher; the self-bodily cognition structure was higher, its physique condition was better, the psychologically healthy level was higher.The research indicated that constructing the benefit interaction model of physical education and mental healthy in university must persist on such principles as interactive, independent, the activity and the integrity. The emphasis was to revolving three large-scale systems of the organization leader system, the teacher construction and the interaction operation system. Firstly, the school established the leading group of mental healthy education, implemented the party politics unified leadership, established the mental healthy education center which duty was mental healthy education and implementation; secondly, improving the teacher's quality of mental health and service; At the same time, seeking the effective combining site of physical education and mental healthy education, carrying out the mental healthy education from omni-direction. The operation strategy for promotion benefit interaction of physical education and mental healthy education included: In the teaching strategy aspect, physical education and mental healthy education must be fastidious the organic interaction, the moderate interaction and the nimble interaction; In course contents and teaching method aspect, encompassing 8 aspects contents of healthy cognition education, mental education, mood emotion, will quality, good disposition, the interpersonal relationship instruction, competition and cooperation and cures government education, nimble using many kinds of teaching ways to carry on the education; In space and time aspect, the special psychology course, physical education, the extracurricular sports and the campus sports cultural reconstruction took primarily position, and developed the physical education space and time unceasingly, displays fully the function of physical education in university.The suggest was: 1. Establishing the harmonious psychological knowledge education system, carrying out the mental healthy education from omni-direction, promoted the university student's mental healthy development through all of the teachers participation .2. Founding the harmonious physical education classroom, promoted the university student 's body and mind coordinated development.3. Taking the movement project which the university students liked was a carrier, mixing mental healthy education content, the physical education with the movement skill, displayed fully the function of physical education by using various formats and teaching methods.4.Built benignity interaction platform for body and mind development by expanding in teaching space and time of physical education in university.
