With the fastening of higher education population, the traditional managing concepts, personnel qualities and managing models in the higher vocational colleges and universities more and more could not adapt to the demands of society and the development of higher education, that we should learn from advanced management theories.Firstly, Introduction analyzing the problems in higher vocational education management of teaching in China, the anther points out the meaning of this study and the relative researches of others. Secondly, the paper introduces the concept and feasibility of applying ISO9001 : 2000 quality management standards to higher vocational education teaching quality management. With reference to 2000 quality management standards,it analyzes four aspects of higher vocational education teaching quality management system, that is, management obligation resources management, production realization and measurement, analysis and improvement. Lastly, the paper gives an example about the higher vocational education teaching quality management in Vocational College, Liaoning Technical University, analyzing the necessity of establishing teaching quality management system in our university and putting forward some advices.
