| According to the popularization, globalization and marketing of Chinese higher education, selling market of higher education is replaced by buying market. The competition will become fiercer. For pursuing more surviving space, promoting educational quality becomes an urgent issue of higher institution.Firstly, the fundamental character of quality management about the home higher institution has been analyzed in this paper, and it is very emergent and necessary to introduce the ISO9000 family standard to the higher institution. Secondly, based on the essential advantages which are brought by providing higher institution to higher institution, it comes to the conclusion that higher institution utilize the ISO9000 family standard is available and is needed by the country and social. Higher institution can translate the previous experience into scientific management by implying the ISO9000 family standard, accordingly improve the teaching quality. And through investigation statistic and statue evaluating of educational quality management about CUMT, the main issue existing in the system of educational quality management about CUMT, and the reason of complicating and refine of current system of educational quality management in CUMT is analyzed. Then the basic frame of the system of educational quality management about CUMT is set up by the designing of refine procedure, educating process, and quality control system and quality handbook method basing on ISO9000 family standard. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to the evaluate process of lessons of CUMT and the specific evaluation project of lessons is put forward. At the end, the author's idea and advice of the controlling onexecuting the system of educational quality management of CUMT is pointed out.
