Poverty and Anti-Poverty are always the important problem of the human society, and also are highly recognized by academe and government. In the 21st century, the human society has stepped to the knowledge economy times, the economical globalization and the marketing advancement have deepened day by day, the social environment of poverty location has improved, and the anti-poverty goal has deepened. In the new times, education plays more and more important role in the economy growth, education development has been the strategic choice of the developing courtiers.China is a developing country. Since the reform and open, economy has been growing with high speed and the condition of the inhabitant has been improving, but in the rural area, poverty still exists, which is restricting our economy development and departs from the goal of the harmonious society. In the Party Session, we choose the"Anti-Poverty through Education"stratagem, and propose"Anti-Poverty through Education"goal and three implementations stages. The paper, based on this realistic background, researches our rural anti-poverty through education in economics field.The paper mainly researches our rural"anti-poverty through education"from four aspects.Firstly, the paper summarizes the present situation of our rural poverty and education. Our anti-poverty work for more than 20 years has alleviated the rural poverty in the great degree, the number of absolute poverty population has dropped and the income of farmers has increased. But, the region income disparity is more and more obvious, and the number of relative poverty population is growing. On the education situation of farmers, the education degree is low, and the difference of education degree is large. In the rural education investment, the rural education development is restricted by the low income and the villages and towns financial puzzledom.Through the present situation analysis, we can see, the anti-poverty work for more than 20 years has made a great achievement, but, our rural poverty problem still exists. Low education degree and education investment restrict our rural development. Enhance the rural education degree and enlarge the education investment will effect a permanent cure in our rural anti-poverty.Secondly, the paper analyzes the relations between the education level and income level of Chinese countryside with the material (1986-2002) Shanxi Province. Through the analysis, we draw the conclusions as follows: the education level and income level of rural labor is certainly relativity. So far as the labor forces with different education level are concerned, the higher education level they have means that the higher income level they have. Also the more labor forces accept professional training means that the higher income level they can earn. So we should encourage the peasant household to invest in education and professional skills.Thirdly, the paper summarizes the overseas correlation experience. Through the developed countries'experience, we can see the developed countries prioritize agriculture professional skill education, gradually has formed the farmer training system, which is leaded by the government, based by agricultural colleges, and supplied by the social training organization. And the developed countries guarantee the farmer training with legislation. And the developed country increase education investment by government allocates and collection funds. Through the developing countries'experience, we can see, the developing countries have transferred from almsgiving anti-poverty to exploiture ant-poverty, and pay attention to education investment, especially, rural primary education and professional education investment. And the developing countries guarantee the right of rural population education through legislation. Finally, according to the above analysis, we give the suggestion to the rural anti-poverty through education. The short of the education investment is the main problem that restricts the education development in Chinese countryside. We draw the conclusions as follows: the government should continue to carry on the policies that are advantageous to the countryside, and build the guarantee system of countryside education budget. In view of the short of finance budget, this paper proposed that we should make sure that the educational finance budget is supplied in time, and have to make sure that the destitute areas use part of finance subsidize into education. At the same time, we have to build the repaying system of educational obligation.The paper also gives some suggestions to developing the rural professional education, and the rural education software and hardware.
