Study On Performance Evaluation On Socialization Of College Logistics

As a important component of the college education institutional reform, socialization of logistics in college had got significant achievement through several tens years of practice and exploration, and made a important contribution to college education's jumping-development . But with politics and economy institutional reform deepened, socialization of logistics in college had made a lot of problems, especially there had being many obstacles in management system and operation mechanism. so, the paper will analyses and study the performance evaluation in logistics management system and process socialization of logistics in college orderly and smoothly.The paper has four parts.Part I has carried out a summary on the fundamental problems on socialization of logistics in college.At the first, the paper has recollected socialization of logistics in college reformation briefly, analyzed the double attributes of colleges logistic services, analyzed five characteristics and four fundamental content of socialization of logistics in college.
