| Xinjiang Guanghui men's basketball club is the professional basketball club, which was founded in 1999 by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region PE bureau and xinjiang Guanghui corps. Up to now, it has become League A from a League B. However, many urgent problems have been revealed during its developing process influenced by various factors in and out of Xinjiang and especially the problems such as the club management, the operation of the arena events, the local marketplace product exploitation and the coordinated development of cultural and economic issues should be solved immediately.This thesis has a further research and investigation on Xinjiang Guanghui men's basketball club by using the methods such as literature, questionnaire, survey, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, interviews, and the results are revealed as the following: (1) The establishment model of the Xinjiang Guanghui men's Basketball Club is the main factor that has a bad impact on its development and has hindered its activity; (2) The members of the Xinjiang Guanghui Men's group are too old, and there is a great share of foreign players and the coaches; (3) The management staff's academic and professional career can not meet the requirement of professional development and particularly the highly educated members are fewer; (4) Xinjiang Guanghui Men's Club has a good political, economic and cultural environment. And there is no similar professional club competition in the market and the team has its obvious pros and competitive environment. However, its Competitive technology appreciative value is lower, and instead ticket prices are higher or much higher than other teams and the competition level ticket prices; (5) It has a better soccer arena and basketball has a good mass basis; (6) The audience's motivations are various and diversity and main types are"entertainment","interest","Feelings"and"support".This thesis has researched on the above issues and suggested that the following measures should be taken to improve the current situation: (1) The government should make some policies to support the development of the sports industry in the western provinces and narrow down the development gap between the eastern and western regions in sports. More efforts should be made to strengthen the reform of the domestic professional basketball tournament. The confliction between basket management center and Basketball Club operating in the market should be negotiated better and the differences disappear. The club investors can gain economic interests in the process of operation. And their operating initiative can be enhanced and the true professional basketball league comes true in the end; (2) Xinjiang Guanghui Men's Club should handle their own development and the coordinated local economical development. Making the best use of the current good momentum of economic development, it can actively and steadily use the third-party funds to make it change from non-entity to entity as soon as possible towards the end aim of the career development and marketization; (3) To improve the club and team personnel structure in order to improve the management and save expenses, in particular by improving the age structure and the number of foreign members (including other provinces),and the structure of leading coaches; (4) To improve Club's reform of stock system, to improve its operating approaches and reduce the financial burden of the Group, the club's income can not rely on a single ticket revenue and sponsorships. While the income from ticket sales should be consistent with the audience's entertainment experience, take a variety of promotional activities and develop marketing activities that focus on fostering the"affinity"of the audience. |
