Effects Of Xinjiang Guanghui Basketball Introduction Of Foreign Aid

Founded in 1995,the China Basketball Association(hereinafter referred to as the CBA)has become one of the most prosperous and highest level of professional leagues.At present,it also has a reputation among the Asian basketball leagues.From the first season of CBA League foundation,the first CBA foreign aids-Mikhail Shafenkov was introduced for the first time in history by the Zhejiang Xin team to the seasons in 2017,there are more than one hundred foreign aids introduced into the CBA,among which the number of top members is constantly increasing except for numerous European and American players.Foreign aids not only has become an indispensable part of the CBA but also play more and more important role in the CBA.Xinjiang Flying Tigers Club basketball team(hereinafter referred to as the Xinjiang Guanghui basketball team)was founded in 1999,in 2002 by the B League to the CBA League,has participated in the 15 season CBA League in the 15 season,the team won a league title,four league runner up.In the first year of joining the CBA,Xinjiang Guanghui men's basketball began to introduction and use the foreign aids,in terms of introducing the foreign aids,they have been insisting on generous operation.And the foreign aids members have the highest wages and are well known among CBA.Such as the NBA champion Kenyon Martin in 2001,the former NBA starting power forward Andray Blatche from the New Jersey Nets and so on.During the years,the introducing foreign aids members have a great contribution on the Xinjiang Flying Tigers.However,the foreign aids members have a problem of score volatility.We can see that introduction of foreign aids is a "double-edged sword." There is no doubt on the strength of the foreign aids members that Xinjiang Flying Tigers,but some of them in the team do not take full advantage.Although some members play out their own strength,do not help the team achieved the desired results.Besides the players personalities,cultural differences and league levels,the reason for this phenomenon is that the management level and coaching staff in the Xinjiang Flying Tigers have problems on the choice of foreign aids,management and use.They rely on the foreign aids members a lot and it is common that men's basketball team is effected by the foreign aids.And the various problems caused by this introduction are also need to be resolved.In this thesis,the author uses four methods to study this problem,such as,literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and observation.By analyzing the CBA management methods of foreign aids,the introduction of foreign aids in Xinjiang Flying Tigers over the years and the influence of foreign aids on the Xinjiang Flying Tigers,make the following conclusions: 1.The positive impacts of foreign aids to the Xinjiang Flying Tigers:(1)they bring the advanced basketball ideas from the Europe and America which promote the interchange of the different basketball style;(2)the foreign aids enhance the strength of the team and struggle for a better league ranking;(3)increase the game ornamental,attract more audience and improve team awareness;(4)improve the competition consciousness,training quality and technical level.2.The passive impacts of foreign aids to the Xinjiang Flying Tigers:(1)high salary increase the burden of the team;(2)add to the difficulties of the club management;(3)occupation of domestic players playing time,affecting the domestic players to improve;(4)impact the play technical and performance of the team.
