Woman teachers in middle schools work really hard, love their students very much, devote to work unselfishly. They are highly regarded at school. They are highly respected in society. But their actual lives are not optimistic. Woman teachers in middle schools are ill in their body, physiology, mood and behavior. In all, they" lose" too much. Their existing conditions are not good: Their daily lives are out of balance: (l)They impair their body health .they neglect their duty in family.(2)They fail to keep the balance in psychology, they break their happiness in mind . Their career lives are out of control: (1) They give up their ambitions, they have unfriendly relationship (2) Their behavior is inappropriate, their efforts end in failure. Why do woman teachers only sacrifice all those things that people would not like to lose they can get the acknowledgement in society? Facing all kinds of actuality, woman teachers usually feel embarrassed and helpless. Existing condition of woman teachers in middle school needs to be improved. Only existing condition of woman teacher in middle school have been improved, can woman teacher in middle school get the liberation.The bad existing condition is a disagreement factor in setting up harmonious society. However few people concern the bad existing condition. For the sake of the woman teachers' development; For the sake of the students' progress; For the sake of the improvement of education, we all need to relieve the woman teachers and rescue them from the bad condition.There are four parts in this dissertation: The first part shows the characteristics that the existing condition of woman teachers in middle schools is not good, not only in the daily life, but also in the career life. The second part studies the harmfulness of the bad condition problem: It impairs the quality of education. It prevents students making much progress. It stops woman teachers developing. It destroys the harmony in family. The third part analyzes the reason to cause the bad condition problem: society; school: women teachers themselves. The fourth part gives the woman teachers the suggests to solve the bad condition problem: The support of the social level is a guarantee to solve the bad condition problem; The match of school managements is a prerequisite to solve the bad condition problem; The adjustment of woman teachers themselves is a key to solve the bad condition problem.
