Mental health education is the key to students' health development,and it's related closely to the all-around development education.After the reform and opening up,the quality of mental health education needs improving,and it depends on mental health teachers' accomplishment.In Changchun,the mental health teachers' professionalization level needs improving,and there are so many internal factors influence the teachers' self development.The research methods include literature,survey and interview.The study provides targeted strategies for mental health teachers,which includes three parts:First,it makes a survey in primary schools in Changchun,and gets some information about the mental health teachers' professionalization level,profession psychology and role orientation,then draws a conclusion.Second,it finds that three main internal factors influence the mental health teachers' self development,which include profession affection,occupation psychology and role orientation,then makes a result:lack of profession ideas prevent understanding the profession well;too much pressure prevent developing smoothly;wrong role orientation leads to role contradiction.These problems influence the mental health teachers' self development directly or indirectly.Third,it proposes well-directed strategies to help mental health teachers develop successfully by themselves:pluralistic evaluate;make development plans;establish incentive mechanism;interactive training;improve school management system.The study focus on internal factors to solve practical problems and meet primary school mental health teachers' needs of self development and profession growth,and provides references for primary school mental health teachers' self development.
