Study On The Using Of Group Norm In College Students' Ideological And Political Education

College students' ideological and political education is the great important part of ideological and political education in college. As far as the way how to reinforcing college students' ideological and political faculty is concerned, the workers of ideological and political education have carried out a lot of explorations, many of whom are multi-disciplinary and Inter-professional. It is of great theoretical and practical significance that introduce the group theory, which has been considered as a dominant concept in sociology, social psychology and management into ideological and political education and carry out ideological and political education using group norm in the groups of college students. But the exploring in this field is not enough, and not unified understanding of group norm. This needs us to strive for innovation in theory.Through analyzing the concept of group, I address the meaning of college students' group norms via the formations and categories of college students' group. I further address the using value of group norm through the contents and methodology of ideological and political education and from its pertinence in college students' ideological and political education.In the third part, I first give and analyse the special ways of making college students a good norm, say, public opinion, the campus atmosphere, group leaders; And then I show the influence on individuals by rational using of group pressure which is from group norm, such as giving a outer impetus to individuals' moral judgment and choice, promoting ideological and political education content into students' own behavior. Finally, I examine the influence of students' herd behavior and pointed out how to take it under our correct guidance by using concerned knowledge of group norm.
