The opening rate of the standard athletics in Henan is 29%, and the opening rate of the not- standard place in Henan is 26%. It is thus clear that, the 0.52 square meters for one person in Henan is far away below the country's average level 1.03 square meters. The present condition that athletics place quantity is severe shortage in Henan is very difficult to be improved effectively in a short term, how to make full use of a limited athletics place, and make it fully display the social performance and economic performance are related to the development of large stadium building in Henan, and it is an urgent problem to be resolved.This text makes use of the method of documentary, questionnaire survey, logic analysis and mathematics statistics, etc. Investigated the large stadiums building in Henan aims to learn the management condition and utilization of large stadiums, and provide strategy and suggestion for related sections to be used as reference for the decision.The study result shows: On the one hand, public stadiums in Henan are deficient. One the other hand, the utilization rate of existing stadiums is not high. The level of stadium funds is low, lacking competition ability, the market is not well developed, the profit ability is weak, most public stadiums have weak management, stadiums financing method is limited, marketable financing management is difficult, professional talents are shortage and the management style of stadium is still fall behind.Aim at the existent problem of public stadium in Henan, this text puts forth the following suggestion:1, The public stadiums in Henan should put up classified reform.2, The public stadiums in Henan should grope for multi -management manners.3, The public stadiums in Henan should be put forth effort in developing the multi-functional diversified stadium, try to realize "take physical training as origin, various conduct", "the stadiums are served by themselves", ensure stadium gets profit by management. Emphases on improving the high quality, multifunctional service product and improving the opening time maximally.
