| Since the reform and opening up,China’s sports industry has developed rapidly.Large public stadiums and gymnasiums are the necessary conditions for the development of sports industry.They not only provide high-quality services for the "Olympic Glory Plan" and the "National Fitness Plan",but also play an important role in the implementation of the "13th Five-Year Plan" of sports development.The main functions of large-scale public stadiums and gymnasiums are ornamentation,competition and fitness.Due to the constraints of economic environment and competitive level,the exertion of these three functions is greatly affected.The diversified management model has become the management goal of many large-scale public stadiums and gymnasiums.As a quasi-public product,public stadiums and gymnasiums have the attributes of public welfare and publicity.According to the "Sports Law" and "Regulations on Public Cultural and Sports Facilities" and other national laws and regulations,the public welfare nature of public stadiums and gymnasiums has been clearly defined.However,in the actual operation of public stadiums and gymnasiums,there is a common problem that the public welfare orientation of stadiums and gymnasiums is not clear.How to make public stadiums and Gymnasiums in the operation and management of sustainable development and effective implementation of social responsibility is the main problem facing public stadiums and Gymnasiums in China.Based on the theory of public goods and the characteristics of public stadiums and Gymnasiums in Fuzhou,this paper uses the methods of questionnaires,interviews,literature and mathematical statistics.Taking the large-scale public stadiums and Gymnasiums in Fuzhou as the research object,this paper investigates and analyses their social responsibility in operation and management.The results show that the large-scale public stadiums and Gymnasiums in Fuzhou have played a greater role in the development of sports undertakings,and are restricted by the nature of the large-scale public stadiums and Gymnasiums in Fuzhou.In library operation and management,the relationship between economic benefits and social benefits should be integrated;the support and importance of government policies and regulations play an important role;and the influence of factors of capital problems.The utilization rate of stadiums is low,and the performance of social responsibility in the operation and management of stadiums is not optimistic,which makes the public stadium,a quasi-public sports product,lose its own value.Drawing lessons from the relevant theories and practices of the operation and management of stadiums and gymnasiums at home and abroad,and combining with the actual development of sports undertakings in Fuzhou,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the implementation of social responsibility of large-scale public stadiums and Gymnasiums in Fuzhou: actively exploring the business model in line with the market;perfecting the management system to form a systematic assessment system;rationally coordinating the economic and social benefits;and formulating Regulations and regulations;Strengthen financial support. |
