Research On The Teachers' Occupation Well-being In Western University Of China

Whereas the contemporary Positive Psychology has been growing up , the study of well-being has become one of the most striking areas among the psychological field. Thus, I chose "Research on the Teachers' Occupation Well-being in Western university of China" as the title for my paper, took A certain university as an example to find out the lever and status of their teachers' occupation well-being by means of questionnaire investigation as well as interview.This research also can probe into a way to enhance the humanity management in high school in order to promote their teachers' occupation well-being as well as provide a reference for the relevant research.There were two research methods were involved in the whole process which was Quantitative Research and Qualitative Research. Before the process, the six dimensions had been established depending on the integration of the three theories of Gary. Johns, A. Maslow and Frederick. Herzberg. This six dimensions are payment, working condition, management, interpersonal relationship, work nature and self-fulfillment. They are the basic factors of the succedent self-developed questionnaire and the interview.Compared with the results of the quantitative research and qualitative research, they are in harmony with each other amazingly, and could be confirmed, complemented and explained with each other.
