Teachers principally lead the education and teaching, whose state of occupation crucially not only inferences their physical and mental development and quality of their professional life, but also the educational quality and the existence and development of the education association. On this point, it is the foundation of education to adjust and keep their state well which also is an ever-lasting subject. On the basis of the theory of occupation life circle,the theory of career development stages,the theory of teacher professional development and the theory of positive psychology, this paper gives theoretical explanation and analyses influencing factors on the youth state of teacher occupation, to reveal the development process and rule of the teacher profession, and put forward countermeasure of keeping the youth state of teacher occupation. Researching the youth state of teacher occupation may help teachers establish clear target and provide a referring model to achieve their career objective, forcing them to grow and develop during this process; and may attract wide attention from all the whole society about state of teacher occupation. While a teacher keeps and manages his occupation youth, education association will also complete its management target simultaneously, improving the quality of education and teaching.
