With serious economy situation, undergraduate is hard to obtain employment, so it is very important to make occupation plan before graduating for them. Proper and correct occupation plan is beneficial for students to establish scientific choosing work concept, enhance the chance for employer to find ideal staff and decrease the social employment pressure. This thesis takes A college of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China for example, by the means of questionnaire investigation, interview, observation, looking up document, finds out the problems of carrier plan in the college and explores how to promote the carrier plan level from point of view students and school. For one thing, students should know their personality, build up professional sense of worth, find what they will do in the future and take part in social practice actively. For another thing, the college should change former obtain employment conception, from "obtain employment guide" to "occupation guide". From the future view, it is necessary to open occupation plan course and build up special train institution to satisfy the requirement of students. On the other hand, it is necessary to establish unblocked information exchange platform, enhance family, college and parents to exchange information more effectively and timely, in order to cultivate the independence of students and make the occupation plan realization.
