There always stands an excellent team behind a famous brand. For high-quality HR team not only makes the brand running more efficiently, deepens the brand intension, but also brings innovation and adaptation in fierce brand competition, being beneficial to forge the brand core competence.On the other hand, there are variety of natural and cultural resources in Northwest China, however, for a long time the region lacks the capability of turning those resources into the economic resources, especially into the brand resources. An essential reason lies on the brand brain drain. As strategic complex activity, the brand cultivation needs a couple of talents structure. One part of talents shortage will directly damage the whole brand core competence.While in order to solve this problem, except for internal training, an important path is talents introduction. However, in Northwest China the effect of the choice has always been inefficient. Through logically discuss, the article concludes the key aspects hindering the regional brand cultivation are attributed to the restraint of working surroundings for talents. So how to bring in more talents from abroad and give free rein to them become the top agenda. The thesis puts forward the mode of "Transplanting groups of big trees" for talents introduction in Northwest China, and elaborates the theoretical essence, the feasibility, the necessity of the mode, as well as the detailed practicing models, and proposes the related guaranteed policy in the last chapter.
