The postgraduate students'ideological and political education is the important component of the university students' ideological and political education and also the important part of university's ideological and political education. Today's postgraduate students'ideological and political education have some important tasks below: enhancing the research of the effectiveness of postgraduate students' ideological and political education; realizing the significance of doing the research on the effectiveness of postgraduate students'ideological and political education's connotation fully; grasping and judging the effectiveness of postgraduate students' ideological and political education's scientific ground accuratly; analysising the ineffective situation and the reason of the postgraduate students'ideological and political education and trying to find out the main measure of enhancing the effectiveness of postgraduate students' ideological and political education.There are four parts of the total thesis:The first part: the effectiveness of postgraduate students' ideological and political education's connotation and the significance of the researching. In this part, the thesis shows the effectiveness, the effectiveness of ideological and political education, the effectiveness of postgraduate students' ideological and political education, and the important significance of strength the research on the effectiveness of postgraduate students' ideological and political education. The important significance of strength the research on the effectiveness of postgraduate students' ideological and political education is the logic starting point.The author realizes that the effectivness of ideological and political education is mainly about the extent of the aim achieved and the situation of the really accomplishment of the task, the effective elements process and the results compose the three parts of the effectiveness of ideological and political education. The effectiveness of postgraduate students ideological and political education means in a certain historical situation and the practice of postgraduate students' ideological and political education, the extent anticipative aim achived and activeness of the effectiveness it produced. The effective elements the effective process the effective results compose the effectiveness postgraduate studengts of ideological and political education. The characteristics of effectiveness of ideological and political education are mainly about the students are not level in times the factors which influenced the students are extensive. The significance of researching the effectiveness of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education firstly, guiding the practice of postgraduate students'ideological and political education; secondly, improving the ideological and political education of the students in universities; thirdly, fufil the basic theory of the ideological and political education.The second part: the scientific ground of the effectiveness of postgraduate students' ideological and political education research. This part is mainly about the theory basis and the practical basis of effectiveness of postgraduate students' ideological and political education. These lag a theoery foundaion of the fuher study of this thesis. The theory basis of the thesis is Marxism classical works and the third leadership of our Party's discussion about the effectiveness of postgraduate students' ideological and political education.The time ground of the thesis are: (1) the continuly seepeness of sociallism market econonmic strucral reform and the improvement of econoic globalization. (2)science and thecnology, especially the thecnology information develop rapidly. (3)the scope of universities become more and more large, the age, background of the postgraduate students are quait different, thus, the motive why they want to take the examination, the needs of them, the realization of the society, the ideological and moral basic etc. are more complex than the undergraduate students. What's more, the tasks of the postgraduate students are heavey, the study time is separate, facing many pressures, just like economy, family etc. and these made their situation very special.The third part: the real analysis of the ineffective situation of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education. Analyasising the chief show and the reason of the ineffective situation of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education is the key of this part. Analysising accruatly is the important premise of enhance the postgraduate students' ideological and political education.Through the investigation and study, there are some concrete conditions about ineffective situation of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education: (l)the effective results of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education can not meet the needs of society. Part of the students are poor in political quality, having the serious tendency on individualism, cold in social moral and law concept, having little interest in study and the measure of value tend to be utilitarianism. (2)The factor of the effectiveness of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education can not fit for the students' individual needs: the content of the education is lacking of the sense of times: the way of the education is quite simple, the constrauction for the ranks of employers lag behind the others. To reach on the reason of the ineffective situation of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education is about the postgraduate students' own element, the educators and the social enviroment.The forth part: the main measure to enhance effectiveness of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education. This part is basis on the scientific groud of effectiveness of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education and the analysis of the ineffective situation of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education: gains a footing on enhance the effectiveness of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education and gives a series of countemeasure on how to make clear the aim: design the content scientificly and reclaim the channels. This is the final logical arrangment and the point of blazing new trails. More over, it's the important embodiment of this thesis's practical value. The total aim direct towards the whole education in the process. The author thought the main content of the postgraduate students'ideological and political education includs the theory education of ideological and political: the moral and legal education: the mental health education, these three parts include almost all of parts of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education. They have transaction and mutal action and they are a dralectical organic whole, relatively give press to the sense of times: comprehensive and can be aimed at the students' own situation. The ways of fulfil the effectiveness of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education are mainly about improving the quality of the theory teaching: ideological and political deepen the development of social practice: strength the building of the party: encourage self-education actively: develop ideological and political education on internet. The measure of building the teaching troops of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education are dispose the postgraduate students' ideological and political education troop reasonably, to strength the impart knoeledge and educate people founction of the tutor. The measure of optimize the enviroment of the postgraduate students' ideological and political education are mainly about optimizing the social enviroment amd school enviroment.
