The new curriculum advocates development-oriented evaluation, established an evaluation system which is to promote the comprehensive development of students. Elementary school science curriculum reform has also put forward new requirements to evaluation, namely evaluation should be able to promote and develop the formation of students' scientific literacy. " Evaluation should focus on students' learning result, at the same time, put more attention to their learning process; evaluation index should be multiple, to include all aspects of scientific literacy; evaluation methods should be varied; evaluation body then include teachers, students, parents, etc".Based on the related research achievements at home and abroad, as well as analyzing the present situation of the elementary school science teacher's class teaching evaluation. This study is going to research the elementary school science teacher's class teaching evaluation behavior under the principle of the development-oriented evaluation, so as to provide the reference for the elementary school science teacher's teaching evaluation.This thesis mainly divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction. Combining the current education evaluation of new curriculum and teacher's evaluation practice, this paper put forward the research question, and the research purpose and meaning, thoughts and methods are expounded. In the introduction, it provides the literature review which is theoretical reference for this study.The second part is the new curriculum evaluation theory which is the theoretical basis of this study. Through the review of the literature, it expounds advocating ideas of the new curriculum evaluation and ideas of elementary school science class teaching evaluation in detail. This part of the research, is the basis and theoretical premise of the follow-up elementary school science teacher's class teaching evaluation behavior analysis.The third part is the main part of the paper. Under the principle of the new curriculum evaluation, it does concrete study on the elementary school science teacher's behavior of classroom teaching evaluation. With the classroom cases, it gives detailed analysis from five aspects:content of evaluation, evaluation language, evaluation method, evaluation body and evaluation time, each one has many problems.The fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion. Summarizes the main effects on the elementary school science teacher's class teaching evaluation, and gives advice on how to make teachers do better evaluation.
