The early children's group cooperative learning takes group as the unit and the activity community, which communicates and cooperates through the members in a group to develop early children's experience,knowledge advantage and thinking characteristics with maximum limit, researches and discusses the problem-solving project and way of thinking together, informs the behavior of common research result. Compared with the traditional teaching, the early children's group cooperative learning stresses the early children's corpus position, offers the chance for mutual communication,supporting,coordination of the group member, fosters the early children's cooperative ability and actively participant awareness, makes them show and exert the creative ability adequately.Under the Educational Guiding Outline (Implementation) direction, the educational workers of kindergarten recognize the importance of early children's group cooperative learning from the idea, but the early children's group cooperative learning is usually neglected in practice because of various factors. How to convert the idea of early children's group cooperative learning into the practice that can be operated by the teachers in practice has already become the problem that need be urgently solved in the work of kindergarten. So the research shows the characteristics of early children's group cooperative behavior from five different dimensions: the background,subject,organization,type,result through the statistical analysis and case analysis , which takes the kindergarteners as the cooperative colleagues, takes the 4~6-year-old children as research objects, takes the philosophy theory of Marx,constructivist theory and target structure theory as the theoretical foundation, and which is on the base of observation on the spot and interview to collect data.The research shows: though the early children are subject in the early children's group cooperative learning, but most of time they are in a passive position while the teachers are active and they control the opening of cooperative behavior and the early children's behavior; the early children's behavior presents gradually elevated trend with the growth of age; cultivating of cooperative ability and the improvement of cooperative skill should become the problem that is worth noticing and can't be ignored. Psychological communication and understanding among companions are a very important ability in early children's life. The function of teachers is to promote communication and understanding, but not hamper, and is to make children really recognize the value of companions rather than feel teachers' inappropriate authority. In accordance with these problems, researcher puts forward some suggestions about 4~6 year old children's ability of cooperative study. For example, adopting various measures and setting up good cooperative environment, guiding the communicative method between early children and companions to produce high efficiency cooperative action, renewing teaching concept and transforming teachers' roles and so on.On the one hand, the research enriches the theory of early children's group cooperative learning, improves the cognition of teachers for the early children's group cooperative learning, and offers firm theoretical supporting for teachers to cultivate the early children's cooperative ability. On the other hand, the research combines the theory with practice on the base of improving the cognition of early children's group cooperative learning and the understanding of early children's development, which will offer the relevant education strategies for the practical work of kindergarten.
