Intra-group Cultivation Strategy Of Cooperative Learning Skills For Junior Middle School Students

Cooperative learning is one of the important learning methods for junior high school students.Low cooperative skills hinder the development of cooperative learning and the improvement of cooperative accomplishment.What strategies junior high school students adopt to develop cooperative skills in group cooperative learning is the core issue of this study.The hypothesis is that students' cooperative learning skills are improved by the interaction of external priming strategies and group internal operation strategies.The research method is firstly to study the current situation of junior high school students' cooperative skills and the current situation of cooperative skills cultivation strategies(questionnaire study),then the external initiation strategy of cooperative skills was studied(experimental study),and finally the operation strategy of cooperative skills group was studied(literature study).The research path was planning,action,observation and reflection.It is found that the three external initiation strategies and the three internal operation strategies promote the improvement of students' cooperation skills.1.The external priming strategy adopted by the section teacher,the class teacher and the psychology teacher has a significant effect on the improvement of team members' cooperative learning skills.The core contents of the three external priming strategies are goal-driven model-driven and trait-driven.The training strategy of the section teacher and the class teacher is the main position,the class teacher training strategy is the necessary preparation of the section teacher training strategy,the psychology teacher training strategy is the necessary supplement of the class teacher and the class teacher training strategy.2.Internal team operation strategy to promote cooperation skills.The internal operation strategy of the three links includes program strategy,organization strategy and drill strategy.Its core content is goal-leading rotation sharing and role-exchange.Procedural and organizational strategies are necessary preparation for practicing strategies.
